For a monthly fee, the Eats Pass membership gives you benefits, including $0 delivery fees on orders that meet a minimum amount.
If the discounts did not apply:
- The order may not be eligible, or
- The order did not meet the minimum amount.
Other fees, including a service fee, and taxes may still apply.
Eats Pass is only eligible for delivery orders on Uber Eats. Eats Pass does not apply to Uber trips.
