Not happy with the quality of the items you ordered?

Please give the store direct feedback by rating them on the UberEats app. You can do so by tapping “Orders” at the bottom of your app (it looks like a small receipt), then tapping “Rate Order” next to the delivery confirmation.

Your ratings are an important way for Uber Eats to ensure that we partner with only the highest quality stores.

Attach a photo for affected items

Please proceed to the form below and attach a photo of the affected items if you received:

  • Expired, stale or rotten items: Attach a photo showing the expiration date or the part of the items that’s moldy or rotten

  • Damaged items packaging: Attach a photo showing the damaged items, packaging, or parts

  • Spilled liquid: Attach a photo showing the spilled items

  • Items that didn’t match photo or description: Attach a photo showing the item that you received

Once you’ve submitted your information we’ll assess whether you’re eligible for a refund. Please note that a photo of the affected item is also required in order to review your concern.

SAFETY ISSUE

Click on ‘I had a food safety issue with my order’ if you believe your order:

  • Did not follow the allergy or dietary restrictions you communicated

  • Posed a food safety risk

  • Resulted in a food-related illness / injury
