Order never arrived

If some items in your order are missing or incorrect, or if your entire order is wrong, click on the link below.

If you never received your order but received an email receipt, please let us know as soon as possible after placing the order. We’ll review and make any necessary adjustments.

If you selected the delivery option “Leave at door” the delivery person will leave your order at the door as you requested. Please check outside to make sure your delivery has not already arrived.

If a delivery person has made a reasonable effort to deliver your order and contact you after arriving at your request location, you may not be eligible for a refund. So, please make sure to double-check your contact information.

If you cancelled your order and think you have still been charged, this may be a pre-authorisation hold. For more information, click on “I think I was charged for my cancelled order”.
