Delivery fees may be higher at times due to delivery person availability. These increases typically occur when there are more orders in a certain area than delivery people available.
You can tell if a delivery fee is higher than usual in the app. When browsing merchants, an arrow will indicate an increased delivery fee. The total fee will be displayed when you open the merchant’s menu.
Note: An order’s delivery fee is set at the time of scheduling, not the delivery time.
