Monthly statements contain an overview of spend incurred in the previous month, but won’t include detailed information about payments made throughout the month. The statements include:

• Total monthly cost
• Breakdown of the monthly cost
• Payment method
• Total trips taken on the account

To download a monthly statement:

1. Sign in to business.uber.com.
2. Select Billing on the left.
3. Beneath Statements, find the appropriate month.
4. Click the arrow under PDF to download a PDF overview of that month’s payments.

To view detailed information of account activity, download an activity report.

When can I view monthly statements?

You’ll receive monthly statements (in both PDF and CSV format) on the 1st of the month.

If you pay:

• Monthly, you’ll have seven days to review the statements. The default credit card on file will be charged on the 8th of the month.
• Per trip, you’ll be charged for each trip as it’s completed.
