What are my store hours, minimum and delivery area for Uber Eats and Postmates?

(Overlapping) How do I manage my store hours?

Once integrated, your store operating hour changes should be made on Drizly Retailer. You will no longer be able to update your store’s operating hours in the Uber Eats and Postmates store management tools. Our integration will push regular hour changes from your Drizly Retailer account into Uber Eats and Postmates, so you will no longer need to update in both places.

See Drizly’s help articles for more details on updating store hours here.

You should continue to manage your holiday hours in Uber Eats Manager.

(Uber Eats and Postmates Only) How do I manage my store hours?

You should continue to manage your holiday hours in Uber Eats Manager.

How do I manage my Order Minimum/Delivery Fees/Delivery Area?

Your order minimum, delivery fees and delivery area will not be impacted by this integration and will not change on Uber Eats or Postmates.

Please note, Uber Eats and Postmates do not generally have order minimums for alcohol. As a result, making increases or adding a minimum order value may negatively impact your store’s volume on Uber Eats and Postmates.

(Overlapping) Does this mean my store hours on all platforms will be the same?

Yes, moving forward your store hours will be the same on the Drizly, Uber Eats, and Postmates platforms. This should help simplify staffing as your menus on all platforms will be available for business during the same time frames.

In some cases, Uber may have city hours instituted that will limit hours when alcohol may be ordered. This will ensure that drivers are available for delivery within the orderable hours listed on your store pages on Drizly, Uber Eats, and Postmates. These city hours will only reduce and never extend store hours managed by Drizly.
