We changed the weekly pay cycle in August 2018, and we heard your feedback that it was confusing.
Starting on Monday, November 5, 2018, your weekly pay cycle will once again begin on Mondays at 4 AM and end the following Monday at 4 AM.
The Earnings section of your Driver App contains a summary of your total earnings for the current week and your pay statements reflect earnings based on the weekly pay cycle.
1. Set up weekly automatic direct deposits to your bank account.
We calculate automatic payments on a weekly cycle, which normally begins at 4 AM on Monday and ends at 4 AM the following Monday. This means that any trip taken on Monday after 4 AM will appear in the following week's payment statement.
Direct Deposit Timeline -
*Monday: Old payment cycle ends and new one begins and payments are processed
*Tuesday: Payments are deposited directly into your bank account
*Wednesday: Payments should appear in your account
Please note some banks take additional time to process deposits. As a result, you may not see your deposit until Thursday evening.
2. Use the Cash Out option that allows you to request deposits outside the payment schedule.
If you choose to use the Cash Out feature, any balance available to you at the time you cash out is deposited to your debit card. This transfer can take a few business days, and the exact timeline depends on your bank.
You can also see your payment statement at partners.uber.com. These statements include your fares and reimbursements for tolls.
