I was charged a VAN booking fee

VAN booking fee (JPY1,080) will be charged when you select “BLACK VAN”.

NOTE:

If your driver picked you up with “BLACK VAN” even though you requested “BLACK”, *you will be charged BLACK VAN booking fee if your case meets the following conditions:

• You had more than 4 passengers on your ride - please refer to Uber Products and Services
• You had too much luggage to fit in the trunk of a sedan car
• You agreed to a booking fee when your driver asked
