Uber Premier

・Available in Tokyo / Chiba / Kyoto (including Uji city)

Uber Premier EV

・Rider capacity: 1 - 4

・In-app payment only

・Subject to surge pricing

・Your upfront fare will be calculated after you enter your pick-up / drop-off locations in the app.

・Available in Minato ward / Chuo ward / Chiyoda ward / Shibuya ward / Shinjuku ward in Tokyo, Haneda airport and Narita airport

Uber Premier Van

・Rider capacity: 1 - 5

・In-app payment only

・Subject to surge pricing

・Your upfront fare will be calculated after you enter your pick-up / drop-off locations in the app. (Premier Van booking fee included)

・Available in Tokyo / Chiba / Kyoto (including Uji city)

Surge Pricing:

• When the usage of rides increases in a situation such as bad weather, surge pricing may apply to maintain the balance of supply and demand.

Uber Taxi

• Chiba: Narita
• Aichi : Nagoya

NOTE (Uber Taxi):

• If you’re not in the Uber Taxi service area, “Taxi” will not be displayed in the app.
• The range of your trip fare will be estimated after you enter your pick-up/drop-off locations in the app. (Trip fare is calculated using the taximeter)
• Some of Uber partner companies in Osaka and Tokyo may charge you a pickup fee.
• The booking fee is not included in the estimated fare when requesting a ride.
• A surcharge (travel business handling fee) will be charged in addition to the current Meter fee for the Uber Taxi from Tokyo 23 wards. Please refer to this page for more details about the surcharge.

Uber Private Car

In Kyoto, the maximum number of riders for Uber Private Car is three. Please note that if you have large luggage, you may not be able to ride with the desired number of riders.

NOTE (All services):

• Actual prices for rides may vary depending on traffic, weather or any other factors. The estimated price is estimated only and does not guarantee the price change due to the factors mentioned above.
• Taxi tickets are not issued by Uber and cannot be used for a trip with Uber.
