How to use Promo Codes

Uber offers special promotions to provide discounts to riders. A promo code applies to only one trip, and any leftover value disappears. You can see the details of your promotions in the ‘Wallet’ section of your Uber app.

For a promo code to properly apply to your trip, you must:

• Enter the promo code before or during the trip

• Use the promo before the expiration date (if applicable)

How to use Uber Credits

To pay for a trip using Uber Credits:

1. In the Uber app, enter your destination in the “Where to?” field.
2. Tap your payment method.
3. Select the Uber Credits toggle.
4. Request a ride.

To check your Uber Credits balance:

1. Tap on your Icon.
2. Tap ‘Wallet’ to view the credits balance.
