**Promotion Didn't Apply
Whether the selected promo-code is applicable will depend on the final order price, promotion terms and condition.
For example, the discount you selected initially is a rebate promotion, but the final order price does not reach the discount applied base price, the discount will not apply to this order.


**Didn't Receive Partial Items or Merchant Informed Item Out of Stock
Like other types of Uber Eats orders, the item availability of your favorite products at the partner merchants is determined by the merchant. If part of your grocery order is out of stock, the merchant will indicate that and you will be charged according to the actual items received.


**How to inform merchants of alternative replacement of your preference while the selected item is out of stock
While placing grocery orders for specific merchants, the app will let you choose alternative products you are willing to replace or your preference to cancel the order if the item is out of stock. Merchants will also see your preference while accepting the order.

Note: Merchant has the right to decide the final items delivered, and the final order price will reflect based on the actual product received.
