Cash payment terms and conditions and the cities

Cash payment is not available in case the following conditions apply.

• The total value of the order is more than 10,000 yen, including delivery charges.
• Orders placed in cities where cash payment is not available.
• Arrears on account.

If your account applies to any of the above, the ‘Cash’ option on the payment screen will be hidden and unavailable.
