Restaurants and delivery partners do their best to deliver food within the estimated delivery time but external factors may cause a delay. For example, if the restaurant is busier than normal, you placed a larger order, or your delivery partner encountered unexpected traffic or weather conditions.
If your order was already picked up by a delivery partner, you can check on the status of your order by calling the delivery partner directly using the "Contact" button in your app. If your order is yet to be picked up by a delivery partner, please bear with us as we may be experiencing very high demand.
We know that a delay can be frustrating but we assure you that we are doing everything we can to get you your food as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event that the restaurant is unable to fulfill your order, you will of course not be charged.
