How to sign in with Rakuten ID / add Rakuten Pay in app

To sign in with Rakuten ID:

1. Tap “Account” at the bottom of the screen
2. Tap “View Account”
3. Tap [Sign-out]
4. Select [Continue with Rakuten]
5. Verify your Rakuten ID and sign in to your Rakuten account
6. Follow the instructions and verify your identity.

Rakuten Pay can be added as a payment method on the Uber Eats app.

Please note that Rakuten Pay cannot be added from the Uber Eats website.

To add Rakuten Pay as payment method:

1. Tap on the profile icon on the bottom right of the app
2. Tap on “WALLET”
3. Tap [Add Payment Method]
4. Select Rakuten Pay
5. Verify your Rakuten ID and sign in to your Rakuten account
6. Set the number of Rakuten Points you want to spend per Order

Once added as a payment method, you can use Rakuten Pay by selecting it at checkout.

The number and limit of Rakuten Points and Rakuten Cash can be set on the Uber Eats app only for the first time use.

You can re-set them from the web settings page of your Rakuten account.

Note: * The following cards can be used All cards issued by Rakuten Cards Inc. and the following brands ( Visa , MaterCard ) * You can also earn Rakuten Points by paying with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Point, Rakuten Cash.
