How to edit a scheduled order if the order has not started?

After you’ve received your order confirmation and before the merchant has accepted your order, your order status will show as “Order sent to the restaurant.” Since the mechant hasn’t accepted yet, you can still make changes to your order in the app.

  1. To edit your order in the app, click on “Edit order”.
  2. Next, click on “Add Items” to view your order.
  3. Click on “Next: Delivery & payment” to view the “Edit delivery & payment” page. On this page, you can edit your order details and edit your courier’s tip.
  4. On this screen you can modify the following details:
    • Delivery vs Pickup
    • Delivery address or time
    • Add or remove items
    • Payment method and profile

Please note that you can only edit your order 75 minutes before the target delivery or pickup time. After this window has passed, you won’t be able to make any adjustments.

If you are the creator of the group order, you can edit participant’s orders as long as the order has not started.

How to edit a scheduled order if the order is in progress?

After you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation.

When your order status is in progress, that means a delivery person has already been assigned to your order. Once this has happened, we won’t be able to delay your order and you can’t make any changes.

If you are the creator of the group order, you can’t edit participant’s orders if the order is in progress.

How can I replace an item that is out of stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, you’ll receive a notification alerting you. Once you’ve received this notification, you’ll have 10 minutes to edit your order.

Using the app, you can choose new items to replace the out-of-stock items from your order.

  1. To edit or cancel a scheduled order, go to the “Orders” tab.
  2. Click on the order and then click on “edit order” at the top right or at the bottom CTA.
  3. You’ll be able to add or remove items from your order.
