Can't go online to deliver

If you are having issues getting online as a delivery person, please review some common issues and resolutions below. Note: If you think your account has been hacked, click here.

Online access issues and solutions:

Network connectivity You may be in an area with limited or unavailable cellular network coverage. Try heading to a different location with better coverage.

Using an old app version or device operating system Try to uninstall and reinstall the app on your phone. * iOS users * Android users

Account limitations You may not be able to go online if:

  • You’re in a different city from the one you chose when signing up
    • If you want to deliver in another city, click here
  • Your rating is too low
    • View our help page to see how ratings can impact your access
  • You exceeded the driving time limit

Account status changes * Your documents may have expired and need to be re-uploaded, or are pending approval * Your account is on hold Check your email (including your spam folder) for A Message From Uber and the Inbox section of the app for any communications from Uber about why you’re unable to go online.
