Direct deposit late or missing

Receiving your weekly payment

The Uber pay cycle runs from Monday at 3:59 am local time to the following Monday at 3:59 am local time. Only earnings completed within this window are included in the transfer that starts on Monday.

You should see your weekly earnings in your bank account between Tuesday and Friday. While the transfer is initiated on Monday, it can take 1–5 business days for your bank to process the ACH transfer. Keep in mind:

  • Banking Holidays: Payments will be delayed if initiated on a banking holiday until the next business day.
  • Bank Processing: Some banks may take additional time to process your deposit.
  • Adding a new bank account: Adding a new bank account means you may get your direct deposit on the following pay cycle.

Checking your bank details

If your payment hasn’t arrived:

  • Verify your bank details to ensure they’re correct.
  • Correct any errors you find.
  • Payments affected by updated banking information will arrive the following Monday.

Further assistance

If you still don’t see your deposit by Friday:

  • Contact your bank to ask about your pending ACH deposit.
  • Provide the exact amount and the transfer date, which you can find in the Driver app in your Payout History.
  • If you think someone else may have accessed your account, report it here.
