It happens! There may be times when something comes up that requires you to cancel an accepted delivery request.
If you are on your way to the restaurant and have not picked up the order yet, we ask that you cancel the trip on your app as soon as you can, so we can find another delivery partner to pick up the order.
If you have already picked up the order and you are on your way to the customer's location, but cannot complete the drop off process, we request that you reach out to Uber support, who will then contact the customer to let them know there is a change to their delivery.
NOTE: You will not receive a delivery fare if you self-cancel a delivery order.
