<Sales Price>

Prices displayed on the purchase and payment pages for each product or service In addition to the sales price of each product or service, the purchase and payment pages display tax-included prices including the following fees in addition to the product price.When you use your Renewable Pass・Membership to purchase goods or services at Uber Eats, you will be charged the price of the goods or services and other costs, less any discounts you may enjoy by using your Renewable Pass・Membership. The sales price of each product or service (including tax) shall be paid to the restaurant Merchant Partner who sold the product or service through Eats JP, which has the right to receive such payment on behalf of the restaurant Merchant Partner.

<Non-product costs>

For more information on Uber Eats fees (delivery fees and other fees) other than for products, please see the help page ‘What kind of fees are involved?’.

Uber Eats fees are paid to Eats JP. However, in the case of delivery by a restaurant/merchant partner, Marketplace Fee and Small Order Fee will be paid to Eats JP, and any other Uber Eats fees will be paid to the restaurant/merchant partner through Eats JP, which is entitled to receive them on behalf of the restaurant/merchant partner. In the case of delivery by Uber Eats delivery partner, regardless of the amount of delivery and other fees paid by customer to Eats JP, you will pay to the delivery partner the delivery fee agreed upon between Eats JP and the delivery partner.

Communication fees, internet connection fees and other telecommunication costs for the use of the Uber and Uber Eats apps must be paid by the customer (amounts are as specified by the respective operator).

<Method and Time of Payment>

Immediately after delivery of the goods, the total amount must be paid by the specified payment method. The payment method is the method selected on the purchase and payment page for each product or service.

<Time of Provision>

Estimated delivery times are displayed in the cart and on the order page. *Please note that the time displayed is only the estimated time of delivery and may be different from the actual arrival time. *Re-delivery is not available for completed orders. If you wish to request re-delivery, please place your order again via the app or the web.

<Products with application period>

Some products may be offered with application periods. For details, please check the purchase and payment page of each product or service.

<Special Provisions concerning Refund and Cancelation>

Orders can be canceled at any time before the products arrive, but the order amount may not be refunded. For more information on cancellation fees, please refer to the help page ‘What is the Uber Eats cancellation policy? ‘.

Once the products have been received, due to the nature of the products and services, returns for the customer’s convenience will not be accepted. If any ordered products are missing or damaged, please contact us on the day of delivery (but in the case of meals, only before opening and within the expiry date in the case of meals). The product and delivery status will be investigated and the refund of the product or other action will be taken in accordance with our policy. Please note that defective or incorrectly ordered products should be kept and destroyed as is.

If you’ve paid through Rakuten Pay, after 8 days have passed from the order date, such payment will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that refunds may not be accepted if history indicates that multiple fraudulent refund requests have been made. Please ensure that you comply with our Terms of Use, including the Community Guidelines below.

This application contains information on meals, beverages, and other products that Restaurant Partners request to be listed, but each Restaurant Partner is responsible for the offering and delivery of such products, and as stated above, the selling price of the products is indicated in accordance with the Specified Commercial Transactions Act. The seller and Uber Eats do not guarantee the completeness of the information and images related to products. Please check the package when you receive the product for accurate information about the product. Each Restaurant Partner is fully responsible for the quality, safety, delivery, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations of the products offered by each Restaurant Partner, and the Company is not responsible for such products. In addition, considering the time gap between the placement of the order and the delivery of the Items, you acknowledge that the quality of the Items to be delivered may deteriorate to an immaterial extent from the time the Restaurant or Merchant prepared the Items, and that you assume the risk associated with such deterioration.

<Use of delivery boxes (lockers)>

Please do not use delivery boxes (lockers) when receiving or delivering products from Uber Eats. Any problems caused by the use of these boxes will not be covered by our support and response costs. Please use this service under your own responsibility.

<Sales Price>

When you purchase a product or service on Uber Eats with your Renewable Pass・Membership, the price of the product or service and any other expenses, less the discount or promotion amount available to you via Renewable Pass・Membership, will be charged.

<Method and Time of Payment>

You will pay the price of a Renewable Pass・Membership with credit card payment, in accordance with the regulations of the respective credit card company. For the timing of billing, please refer to Section 2 of Terms and Conditions for Renewable Passes・Membership.

<Time of Provision>

You can use the Renewable Pass・Membership immediately after the application procedures are completed.

<Special Provisions concerning Refund and Cancelation>

As a general rule, no cancellations or refunds are possible unless specified otherwise. Renewable Pass・Membership are automatically renewed, and if you do not wish to renew, you must request non-renewal at least 48 hours before the next renewal date. For more information, please refer to Section 3 of the Terms and Conditions for Renewable Pass・Memberships, as well as the help pages ‘ Uber One Cancellation and Refund’.
